Prajitura din Brinza de Vaca si Nuci (Cake with cottage cheese and walnuts)

Ingredients

• •14 ounces cottage cheese
• •4 eggs
• •¾ cup sugar
• •7 ounces ground walnuts
• •4 ounces raisins
• •5 ounces butter
• •Vanilla or rum
• •Shortening and flour to grease and dust the pan

Directions

1. 1Grind the cottage cheese.
2. 2Mix the sugar with the butter, adding the eggs one by one, then the cheese, walnuts, raisins, vanilla or rum.
3. 3Mix everything well and pour into a buttered and dusted bread pan. Bake at medium heat and remove from the pan when cold.
