Ingredients
2 small papayas
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3-5 chilis, chopped
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts (optional)
1 tablespoon dried shrimp
Directions
1. Chop papaya into thin strips.
2. Add garlic, chilis, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice.
3. Mix and taste.
4. Add more sugar to make it sweeter or more lime juice if it is too sweet.
5. Garnish with peanuts and dried shrimps.
