Ayaca - Traditional food by Darice.
Every December a lot of people make/eat this traditional food, Aruba, Curacao, Venezuela, etc. each has their own way of preparing the filling. This one is made with chicken, olives, raisins, and spices. Everything is cooked put inside a paste and wrapped with banana leaves. To eat it you just heat it up in boiling water or better yet you steam it.
