Breakfast Lunch and Dinner are usually some type of rice dish flavored by soy sauce or fish, whatever is available. Breadfruit and rice are the common staples. Fish is the main source of protein. The most common drink is palm toddy or the sap of the palm which is diluted with water to make a sweet refreshing drink.
